FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic machine for roughing leather synthetic material soles or other similar items. The roughing is carried out by a rotating abrasive strip mounted on two rubber rollers which absorb any imperfections on the piece being roughed. The abrasive strip can be easily changed so that the right coarseness can be chosen according to the material used. The piece that needs to be roughed is manually inserted. The roughing and ejection are carried out automatically. The machine is equipped with an electronic speed variator and a rotating brush which removes any residue.
