GLUING MACHINE: A/30

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The gluing machine mod.A/30 is an automatic machine for the gluing and the packing of the moulded counters. The operation is made in three phases:

gluing
drying
packing on file

In the first gluing phase a feeding belt provides to load the counters and a sucking disk system provides to load the moulded counters on a rotating device that dip it in a glue tank. the device is prepared to glue partially or totally the counter by simple adjustments concerning the operator requirements. In the second phase the counters are placed on a set of hooks and they are conveyed through a ventilated tunnel. At the end of the tunnel they are placed on file to be packed manually.
