FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Last generation heel breast flap bevelling machine, partial splitting machine with Brushless motorization. Possibility to vary roller rotation speed and acceleration, to adjust it to the different machine works. Pneumatically adjusted conveyer roller pressure, 185 mm wide beveling light. Heated cutting blade by a bending strength for synthetic materials machine work.   Easily replaceable machine and roller, independent beveling depth regulation, visualized by dial gauges. Hinder group and start microswitch, with device that allows to transfer 20 mm right and left for overworking the full cut of blade or facilitating difficult works. Particularly solid, equipped with counter top to take back the equipment and with a drawer for the machine work rejection.
