FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Automatic sectioning machine High-productivity, automatic Hydraulic sectioning machine for rough-shaping heels out of strips, available in two versions:

P.80/2F, with a cup cutter and a disc cutter

P.80/1F, with only one cup cutter

Hydraulic sectoring machine for rough-shaping heels out of strips of various dimensions and materials: Masonite, faesite, wood and agglomerates having a molecular structure and a consistence suitable for milling. The toolhead is shifted hydraulically. This insurances a constant lowering speed and resource in longer cutter life and greater working safety. The P.80/1F is equipped with one cup cutter and can rough-shape preformed heels with a front inclination of 0 to 12 degrees; the P.80/2F is equipped with a cup cutter and disc cutter and can rough-shape preformed heels with a front inclination of –3 to 25 degrees or simply rectangular heels, also having a front inclination. The use of the cup cutter allows 10-15% saving of material owing to the superimposition of the circular cut; moreover, the inner side of the heel (“C”) may be not subsequently milled, whereas the rear side is rough-shaped thus making for easier working. The P.80/2F and P.80/2F are equipped with accident prevention devices and protections designed to safeguard both the operator and maintenance personnel. The machines were designed to ciply with the ECC regulations currently in force. Therefore, they bear the EC mark. Output: The machine can section a maximum of about 800 pairs of heels per hour.
