FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This machine has been manufactured by usage of modern technologies and it executes sole and insoles moulding. The dies are closed by means of an hydraulic system that applies a force of 25 tonnes on each cylinder.  The particular construction of cylinders with double stage, allows highspeed to closing the moulds and the machine has a significantly increasing of production. It is equipped with heating plates for the upper dies. Heating plates are also available as an optional feature to be installed in the lower part. Working schedules are controlled by a PLC which allows usage of moulds of the standard sole-moulding and moulds for the Jordan. The anti accident measures have been taken in a great care, but the use of the machine still remains as easy as possible.
