PRE-MILLING MACHINE: T2

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The model T2 is a pre-milling machine of the sole perimeter with two cutter spindles: it can realize one or two profiles on the same sole, adjusting easily the beginning and the end of each profile through a device that stops the rotation. 

The machine is equipped with self-centering system allowing to work soles with welt or heel already applied, or even flat soles. The second cutter spindle can rotate at reduced speed allowing to use emery cloth wheels to obtain a better finishing. 

The main characteristic of the model T2 is the equipment of cutter-holder shafts assembled on cartridges made up of 6 high speed ball bearings.  The machine T2 is equipped with all “CE” safety devices and protections.
