AUTOMATIC PRE-MILLING MACHINE WITHOUT TEMPLATES: T4

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

It represents a new generation of automatic sole-milling machines that work without the template. The employment of an automatic loader and an automatic collector allows to automate the processing cycle without being by the machine. The main advantage of this kind of machine is the precision, which allows to easily process sharp-tip or long and thin models. The centering operation of the piece to machine is made by a CNC system with 0.01 precision. This system permits to center the scale on groups of injected soles in an easy and repeatable way. The machine allows the user to work with mills with different diameters (18mm minimum) on special spindles with low service cost.
