FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This machine is designed to size heel covers for thinned soles, made from either leather or tunit, from the “fleshing” side. This type of working is necessary because the bevelling operation can’t make the thickness of the toe regular, especially when the thickness is very thin (0,8mm). 

The working is executed through an abrasive cloth and one plane matrix that pulls down the area to calibrate. The particular building allows an easy use above all in the centering of the soles. The machine has an electronic system for the check of the working speed and for the machine cycle. The insertion and the extraction of the soles must be executed manually.
