FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This machine has been designed to carry out levelling operation on flat leather and tunit soles. Roughing and sole surface finishing are used to get the equalizing of soles. Thanks to this kind of process, thickness of soles is more and more precise whit a maximum tolerance of 0.05 mm over the entire surface, we have no more problems with material hardness and even with thickness which has to be removed. To get the best finishing of the “flesh” surface of sole, a fluffing system has been assembled. It has to “shave” the surface so to prepare it for the following process as, for example, gluing. It is possible to put this machine in line with other machines.
