MARKING MACHINE: M14

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This fully automatic machine allows the user to mark shoe soles, whether made of leather or other synthetic materials. With its computer-guided fully automatic centering system, this machine makes possible to memorize the different centering or holding positions, with reference to the positions of the cliché, for every single product that needs to be produced. The system has been specifically designed to eliminate those downtimes caused by manual repositioning (for each batch of soles that has to be marked) of the moving parts that center the sole with respect to the cliché. Thanks to the database created during machine set-up, it is also possible to reproduce precision marking on a sole of the same type at any time in the future. To position the machine for any products stored in the system database, all you need to do is key in the previously assigned code or item name. It is possible to put this machine in line with other machines.
