FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The automatic AD60 feeder is used to feed various machine types in shoe sole processing plants. It is generally positioned at the beginning of a production line and is manufactured using cutting-edge technology. This model is fitted with two magazines for the soles, a solution that allows the operator to manage loading of the first magazine as the machine feeds the contents of the second. The sole is drawn upwards by a high-flow suction system which can withdraw a wide range of products, even those with highly irregular surfaces. The electronically-regulated withdrawal rate allows product feed to be adjusted to the work speed of downstream machines up to a maximum hourly output of 1500 pairs of soles. All handling movements are PLC-coordinated.
