SKIVING MACHINE: AB21S

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The skiving machine mod. AB/21S has been realized to effect in an entirely automatic way the trimming of the leatherboard counters. this machine has been designed to answer the production requirements of the various models counters, of the different numbers and of the often changes of articles. the skiving machine doesn’t need any mould (or shape) as the machine provides automatically itself to copy the counter placed on the magazine loading. the counters to skive are placed on a continuous feeding table and by two suction-cups are inserted, one by one, in the work position where two high frequency electro spindles provide for the skiving. Then the counters are laid down on a receiving belt orderly. It is possible to adjust, by two handwheels, the thickness and the width of the skiving.
