FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The solid structure and the reliable movement of 2 heads with the cutting speed allow to get a high Productivity and quality. Production: 2000 pairs/hour. The Cam system Saturno 2.2 has been create exclusively to cut more sheets contemporarily, from a minimum of 4 at a maximum of 10; it allows to work with a lot of types of materials, also synthetics by an automatic anti-welding system with the immediate separation of pieces. The system to low consumption, through a particular structure of the cutting plane, allows an energetic saving up to 90%. Through a direct connection is possible to draw from another posting and to salve the works for use them subsequently, this allows simple and flexible operations of management.
