AUTOMATIC CUTTING MACHINE: SATURNO 2

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The cutting system “Saturno 2 Cutter” has been created to cut every type of material to sheets: fiberboard, reinforced thick up to 10 mm. Our patented technology allows obtaining a good cut quality. The machine works sheets of 1500 X 1500 mm, jointed strips or spools (bobbins) of 1500mm up a thickness of 10 mm; the different types of working are selected with simple operations during the design phase by an order of the system “Saturno Cad”. The machine has a capacious container for the material to cut, boot strips and sheets and the load can be made also during the working. The picking separates all the cut pieces on a cutting plane it gather them and stacks them for model, size and side (left and right). The machine autonomously work without any intervention, over the material load and unload, both for great and small productions, because the simplicity of the system allows an easy management of it.
