FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

We prepared a new digital version to enrich the Saturno range (Saturno 2 and Saturno 2.2). This new digital version has a powerful architecture for the management of the user interface and for the external management of CAD / CAM system. The use of a latest generation processor allows now the realtime control of the machines The use of digital technology for the servo drives, the servomotors and the mandrel, controlled by the new digital CNC, contributes significantly to improving the ratio “precision/time” in high speed machining. Now we can have more speed, more production and more cutting precision. In particular we can increase the quality cut on multiple sheets. At the end we also prepared a restyling to improve the dexterity of the operator without important modifications on the basic line of the machine.
