HEELS CUPPING MACHINE: EM-ST16
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
We are very proud to introduce the EM-ST16, the new machine designed and assembled by Euromarche. This machine executes both the countersink and the tilting of the heel through a tool, in a working through template. Therefore, since the heel is not worked from the front, but laterally, it is able to fit to
particular models or very small models, thanks to a feeler device. The main characteristics of this machine are the ease of use, the flexibility and the working speed. The heel is loaded manually by the operator and the expulsion occurs through a pneumatic cylinder. The rotational speed of the tool, moved by an electrospindle, is adjustable through an inverter for the working of heels in Masonite,
leather, reclaimed leather, wood, etc. The functions management is carried out through PLC with touch
screen control panel and Ethernet door for the remote assistance.
