FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

GX INS is the laser solution for insoles digging. It has been developed to satisfy that requirement, to perform high accuracy for any different shape or size. GX INS combines easy employment, high speed, together to extreme versatility. Besides it is equipped with software SMART CAD 3d, that starting from the base size generates quickly, any dig for any size and for any half size, from 33 to 46. The double position table is available in manual or automated solution and it is equipped with two workstations. Each one has a positioning and reference mechanical device, suitable for any size, to be employed for load and unload of the piece. Moreover GX INS can work uppers, soles, or any fashion accessory.
