RIVETING MACHINE (AUTOMATIC): R24

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The RIVETING MACHINE mod. R/24 is a machine for the automatic attaching of the shank to the shank-board piece by contemporaneous application of two rivets or only one. The machine is very simple and easy to check by the operator. The first part is made by a feeding table with sucking-disks for the drawing. The second part is made by a sucking-disk and a “brushless” motor that provides to take the shank-board piece and to place it under the two riveting devices. This system can be programmed and stored. The shanks stock is made by a rotating table system that allows a continuous feeding by a fast and simple way. The exhaust of the shank-board piece joined with the shank is possible to make in two positions: shank in the upper part, suitable for a gluing by spraying device or shank in the lower part suitable for the gluing by roller device.
